Patsy <br />Greiner stated Commercial is a proper zoning designation for this <br />area. No one else wished to speak in favor or in opposition, so <br />Mayor Younger closed the public hearing. Mr. Nicola moved for <br />adoption of the Zoning Ordinance and Ms. Kissler seconded the mo- <br />tion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Brown, Parr, Younger, Guerra, Kissler, Nicola. <br /> <br />NAY: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br /> <br />(Mr. Coddington did not vote on this matter). <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration a public hearing and adoption <br />of a Zoning Ordinance, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OP SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, M1ENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE <br />WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF <br />BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED JUNE 13, 1984 <br />(VOL. 66) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF 10.74 ACRES, MORE <br />OR LESS, OF LAND AREA IN THE J. M. VERAMENDI SURVEY NO. <br />1, SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF <br />THAT TRACT DESCRIBED AS 88.28 ACRES, IN A DEED FROM <br />ISOM H. HALE AND T. L.
