In addition to these requirements, the <br /> applicant shall submit the necessary <br /> information to qualify for any desired <br /> density bonuses. <br /> 405. PDD Coordinating committee <br /> There is hereby created a PDD Coordinating <br /> Committee composed of the Directors or their <br /> authorized representatives of the following <br /> departments: Planning (Chairman), Building <br /> Inspections, Public Works, Environment and <br /> Engineering, Parks and Recreation, and any <br /> other departments or agencies as requested by <br /> the Chairman. within twenty (20) work days <br /> after submission of a completed Development <br /> Plan, the Committee shall review the plan <br /> and, through the Chairman, schedule the plan <br /> along with its comments and recommendations <br /> for consideration by the Planning Commission <br /> or Planning and Zoning Commissions <br /> (applicant's option) at the earliest possible <br /> date. Prior to forwarding its comments and <br /> recommendations to the commission, the <br /> committee shall meet with the applicant at <br /> the request of either the applicant or the <br /> Committee. <br /> COMMENTARY: A completed Development Plan <br /> means an application which contains all <br /> required information. The twenty (20) day <br /> time limit does not begin until this <br /> requirement has been met. A subdivider of a <br /> PDD shall not be required to submit a <br /> subdivision Master Plan for a PDD. Planning <br /> Commission approval constitutes authority for <br /> the subdivider to begin the preliminary plat <br /> process in accordance with Appendix C, <br /> Subdivisions, of the City Code. The <br /> subdivider may present a preliminary plat and <br /> environmental impact statement at the same <br /> time that the Development Plan is reviewed by <br /> the Planning commission. <br /> 406. Development Plan Approval <br /> 1. The Commission(s) may recommend approval <br /> of a Development Plan as submitted, <br /> amend and approve the plan as amended, <br /> or disapprove the plan.
