More than 24 units per gross acre <br /> 2. All requirements of Chapter 36, San Marcos <br /> River Corridor, shall have been met at the time of <br /> short form or final plat submission. Any <br /> documentation and plans required by Chapter 36 <br /> shall be submitted with construction plans or with <br /> the short form plat. Detailed cost estimates for <br /> all items required by these plans shall be included <br /> in the cost estimates required by Section E(l) (b) <br /> of this chapter. <br /> SECTION 2. That Section H of Article VI of Appendix <br /> C of the Code of Ordinances of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br /> is hereby amended to add thereto a subsection (7) which shall <br /> read as follows: <br /> APPENDIX C <br /> SUBDIVISIONS <br /> . .. <br /> ARTICLE VI. SUBDIVISION DESIGN REQUIREMENTS <br /> . .. <br /> Section B. Lots. <br /> . . . <br /> 7. The design of lots shall take into <br /> consideration the requirements of the landscape and <br /> Buffering Ordinance, specifically in situations <br /> where the subdivision will be adjacent to areas of <br /> different land uses or when residential densities <br /> or different land uses or various residential <br /> densities will be developed within the subdivision. <br /> . .. <br /> SECTION 3. That Section K of Article VI of Appendix <br /> C of the Code of Ordinances of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> APPENDIX C <br /> SUBDIVISIONS <br /> . .. <br /> ARTICLE VI. SUBDIVISION DESIGN REQUIREMENTS <br /> . .. <br /> Section K. Natural tree and ground cover. <br /> 1. Natural tree and ground cover shall be <br /> preserved whenever possible. Other landscape <br /> features shall be carefully protected from abuse, <br /> marring or damage during construction. <br />
