<br /> (continued) <br /> Mr. Cozart has been the responsible engineer on numerous proj ects <br /> involving pavement design and evaluations, These have included a pavement <br /> failure investigation at Duponts Sabine River Works Product Distribution <br /> Warehouse, rehabilitation of city streets under the City of Beaumonts Streets <br /> Rehabiltion Program, failure investigation, recommendations for remedial <br /> measures and field inspection for a large shopping center in Orange, Texas. <br /> Other pro j ec ts have included pavement thickness evaluations for Taxiway D at <br /> the Jefferon County Airport, pavement failure investigation and recommended <br /> remedial measures for the Petro Truck Stop, Beaumont, Texas, pavement failure <br /> investigation, serviceability analysis and remedial measures for Weingartens <br /> Reali ty for a large newly constructed shopping center. Mr, Cozart has <br /> provided analysis and recommendation for numerous projects with large paved <br /> areas with high traffic intensity such as Parkdale Mall, Beaumont, Texas, and <br /> the LCRA Cummins Creek Mine Facility. He has supervised studies involving <br /> various subgrade and base stabalizing agents, use of engineering fabrics and <br /> special bases and subbases. <br /> Mr. Cozart has held numerous professional society offices and committee <br /> positions and was elected Young Engineer of the Year for the Sabine Chapter <br /> of TSPE.
