<br /> -4- <br /> THENCE leaving the Crawford partition tract <br /> with the common line of the Smith tract and <br /> the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School <br /> District tract the following 4 courses; <br /> 1. N44°26'54"E 323.73 feet to an 3/4" <br /> iron pipe found for an angle point, <br /> 2. N37°46'34"E 204.54 feet to an 3/4" <br /> iron pipe found for an angle point, <br /> 3. N45°02'56"E 471.11 feet to an 1/2" <br /> iron rod set for an angle point, and <br /> 4. N44°28'51"E 767.04 feet to the PLACE <br /> OF BEGINNING. <br /> There are contained within these metes and <br /> bounds 20.48 acres of land, more or less, as <br /> surveyed October 23, 1984, by Byrn and <br /> Associates of San Marcos, Texas; <br /> be, and the same is hereby, annexed to the City of San Marcos, <br /> Texas. <br /> SECTION 2. That the Service Plan for said area, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents <br /> and purposes, be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> SECTION 3. That the corporate limits of said City be, and <br /> the same are hereby, extended to include said described <br /> territory. <br /> SECTION 4. That said described territory shall henceforth <br /> be a part of the City of San Marcos, Texas, and all inhabitants <br /> thereof shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of all <br /> citizens, and shall be bound by the acts, ordinances, resolutions <br /> and regulations of said City. <br /> SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and <br /> effect ten (10) days from and after its final passage, and it <br /> shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br /> area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading October 28, 1985. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading November 14, 1985. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED November 25, 1985. <br /> ~ <br /> Emmie Craddock <br /> Mayor <br /> ~~ <br /> Janis K.
