A description of the property and a map is attached (see <br /> Attachment #1). <br /> 7. The following improvements are on the land to be conveyed: <br /> a) Building #6-355 - Approximate age early 40's, single <br /> story, wooden in structure, poor exterior condition. The <br /> facility is primarily used for classroom facilities and <br /> maintenance. <br /> b) Building #6-363 - Approximate age early 40's, single <br /> story, wooden in structure, poor exterior condition. This is <br /> used for building and maintenance. <br /> c) Building #6-364 - Approximate age early 40's, single <br /> story, wooden in structure, poor exterior condition. <br /> primarily used for service, occupation and accounting <br /> classroom facilities. <br /> d) Building #6-367 - Approximate age early 40's, single <br /> story, wooden in structure, fair exterior and interior <br /> condition. Primarily used by the Fire Department. <br /> e) Building #7-350 - Approximate age early 40's, single <br /> story, wooden in structure, fair exterior and interior <br /> condition. This facility is primarily used to teach advanced <br /> electrical wiring. <br /> f) Building #7-352 - Approximate age early 40's, single <br /> story, wooden in structure, poor exterior condition. <br /> Primarily used to teach advanced electrical wiring. <br /> g) Building #7-353 - Approximate age early 40's, single <br /> story, wooden in structure, in very poor exterior condition. <br /> The building is literally falling apart. This building is <br /> called the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration building, but <br /> is no longer in use. <br /> h) Building #7-354 - Approximate age early 40's, very high <br /> and elongated single story building. This structure has <br /> steel panel facades added on in 1965 on the front and rear <br /> with each approximately 21 inches in length and the center <br /> section is an all wooden structure that extends approximately <br /> 108 feet. The exterior condition of the facades are in good <br /> condition, while the exterior wooden structure is in very <br /> poor shape. Primarily used as a laundry facility for Gary <br /> Job Corps Center. <br />
