<br /> 5. Tenant shall: <br /> a. Use the T-hangar only to house one airworthy <br /> aircraft listed below which is owned or leased <br /> by Tenant and necessary aircraft groundhandling <br /> equipment associated with said aircraft. <br /> b. Store no gasoline, explosives, inflammables, <br /> or toxic or corrosive chemicals in the T-hangar, <br /> the only exception being fuel stored in the <br /> aircraft's fuel tanks. Commercially designed <br /> and approved engine heaters will be allowed. <br /> c. NOt conduct in the T-hangar aircraft painting, <br /> equipment, airframe, or powerplant overhaul <br /> or any similar activities other than minor <br /> maintenance and repair. Welding is not allowed <br /> in the hangar. Refueling may be performed only <br /> with the hangar doors open. Any exceptions <br /> must be approved in writing by the Airport Manager. <br /> d. Not use any high voltage electrical equipment <br /> or machinery in or about the T-hangar or modify <br /> existing wiring, or install additional outlets, <br /> fixtures or the like therein. <br /> e. Not conduct any charter, rental, repair, maintenance, <br /> or instructional service, or any other commercial <br /> activity in or from the T-hangar. <br /> f. Report to the Airport Manager any defects in the <br /> T-hangar which the Tenant feels requires maintenance. <br /> g. Keep the T-hangar clean and free of debris and <br /> not place any debris or dispose of used oil except <br /> in proper receptacles. <br /> h. Not attach any hoisting or holding mechanism <br /> to any part of the T-hangar or pass any such <br /> mechanism over the truss or braces therein. For <br /> the purposes of this agreement, a hoisting or <br /> holding mechanism shall be deemed to include, <br /> but shall not be limited to, a chainfall, block <br /> and tackle, other hoisting device, or any material <br /> or device suitable for hoisting or holding. <br /> l. Not paint, remove, deface, modify, bend, drill, <br /> cut or otherwise alter or modify any part of <br /> the T-hangar without the prior written permission <br /> of the Airport Manager~ <br /> j. Close the T-hangar door promptly after taking <br /> the aircraft in or out so as not to unduly or in an <br /> untimely fashion obstruct the access of adjacent T- <br /> hangars or provide access to unauthorized personnel. <br /> k. Not park or leave aircraft on the taxiway or the <br /> pavement adjacent to the T-hangar door in a manner <br /> which unduly interferes with or obstructs <br /> access to adjacent T-hangars. <br /> 1. Provide a key or the combination to the door <br /> lock to the Airport Manager. <br /> m. Not assign any interest of Tenant hereunder or <br /> sublet, license or permit any other party or <br /> parties to occupy any portion of the T-hangar <br /> without the permission of the Airport Manager. <br /> n. Indemnify and defend the Owner, its officers, <br /> employees and agents against and hold said parties <br /> harmless from any and all claims, suits, demands <br /> or liability which may be made or may arise as <br /> a consequence of Tenant's presence upon Airport <br /> or the acts or omissions of the Tenant. <br />
