Creation of new zoning classifications--Currently, no
residential zoning classifications exist with density
designations as provided ln the Master Plan. Suburban standards--public Works is currently developing
standards for streets, drainage, and utility
improvements ln rural/suburban areas. These standards
will be less stringent than present urban requirements,
but will be allowed only in very low density
developments.
2.
