Current overhead <br /> rate is 178% of base. <br /> 1..5 Sponsor is any public agency eligible to receive Fed- <br /> eral Financial assistance under the Airport Act or anyone proposing an <br /> airport development project for which a Federa 1 authorization is <br /> required. In this agreement the Sponsor is intended to mean the City <br /> of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br /> EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONSULTANT <br /> 2.1 The OWNER agrees to retain the CONSULTANT, and the CONSULTANT <br /> agrees to perform professional consulting services in connection with <br /> the PROJECT as set forth in sections following; and the OWNER agrees <br /> to pay; and the CONSULTANT agrees to accept fees as specified in <br /> sections fo 11 owi ng as full and final compensation for work accom- <br /> plished. <br /> ARTI ClE 3 <br /> CONSUlTANT'S SERVICES <br /> 3.1 BASIC SERVICES <br /> 3.1.1 The CONSULTANT agrees to perform professional services <br /> in connection with the PROJECT as hereinafter stated, including the <br /> stipulations withi n the agreement.
