<br /> 3.4.7 Review samples, catalog data, schedules, shop drawings, <br /> laboratory, shop and mill tests of material and equipment and other <br /> data which the contractor submits. This review is for the benefit of <br /> the OWNER and covers only general compliance with the information <br /> given by the contract documents. CONSULTANT shall not be held <br /> responsible for items of work of the contractor such as dimensions to <br /> be confirmed and correlated at the job site, appropriate safety <br /> measures to protect workers and the public, or the necessity to <br /> construct a complete and workable facility in accordance with the <br /> contract documents. <br /> 3.4.8 Prepa re monthly and final estimates for payments <br /> to contractors, and furnish to the OWNER any necessary certifications <br /> as to payments to contractors and suppliers; assemble written <br /> guarantees which are required by the contract documents. <br /> 3.4.9 Conduct, in company with representatives of the OWNER, <br /> a final inspection of the PROJECT for conformance with the design <br /> concept of the PROJECT and compliance with the Contract Documents, <br /> and approve in writing final payment to the contractors. <br /> 3.4.10 Revise contract drawings (unless complete redrawing is <br /> requi red) to show the work as constructed. Furnish a set of <br /> mylars of these revised drawings to the OWNER, and furnish two sets of <br /> revised drawings, including airport layout plan, to the FAA. <br /> 3.4.11 Consulting services for Phase 3 will terminate 30 calen- <br /> dar days after completion of the construction contract. Consulting <br /> services after this time will be accomplished in accordance with <br /> provisions of Article 3. <br /> 3.5 TIME TO PERFORM THE WORK <br /> 3.5.1 CONSULTANT will complete Phases 1 and 2 not later than <br /> August 1, 1984. <br /> ARTICLE 4 <br /> SPECIAL SERVICES <br /> 4.1 GENERAL <br /> 4.1.1 The professional services set forth hereinafter as Spe- <br /> cial Services are not included as part of the services to be provided <br /> by the CONSULTANT under ARTICLE 2. In the event that the OWNER deter- <br /> mines that consulting services beyond that specified under ARTICLE 2 <br /> are necessary or desirable such work will be performed by the CONSULT- <br /> ANT as Special Services. Fees for such work will be in addition to <br /> the basic compensation for the project scope described in ARTICLE 2. <br />
