<br /> 4.1.2 The CONSULTANT will furnish Special Services only when <br /> authorized by the OWNER in accordance with the provisions of Article <br /> 7, paragraph 7.1.1. <br /> 4.2 SPECIAL SERVICES, GROUP 1 <br /> Special Services are as follows: <br /> 4.2.1 Field surveys which are required to collect design data <br /> such as horizontal and vertical control measurements, topography, <br /> profiles, and cross sections. <br /> 4.2.2 Field surveys for construction purposes which generally <br /> include the layout of structures, pipelines, roadways, quantity and <br /> measurement determinations. <br /> 4.2.3 land surveys required to establish location of land <br /> boundaries and corners. <br /> 4.2.4 Design or special consulting services not included in <br /> basic services. <br /> 4.2.5 Complete revision of contract drawings and specifi- <br /> cations which have previously been approved by the OWNER. Revisions <br /> to correct design deficiencies or minor modifications will be accom- <br /> plished under Basic Services, Phase 2. <br /> ART! ClE 5 <br /> COMPENSA TI ON <br /> 5.1 PAYMENT FOR BASIC SERVICES, PHASES 1,2 AND 3 <br /> 5.2.1 Payment for services under Phases 1, 2 and 3 shall be a <br /> total sum of 28,800.00. The following allocation of this charge shall <br /> apply: <br /> Phase 1 - Preliminary 25 Percent $ 7,200.00 <br /> Phase 2 - Design 60 Percent $17,280.00 <br /> Phase 3 - General Administration 15 Percent $ 4,320.00 <br /> of Construction <br /> TOTAL 100 Percent $28,800.00 <br />
