The consultant who <br /> lS doing the engineering on this project was contacted for possible <br /> breakdowns. Based on their guidance, FAA guidelines, and the number of <br /> MBE's and %'BE' s listed in our directory capable of performing various <br /> aspects of the project, we determined a 10% overall goal. The 1% WBE goal <br /> is based on the small number of capable WBE's in our directory. In the <br /> comlng years, we expect the percentage goal for WBE's to increase. <br />
