Paragraph 3, Co~ensation to Engineer, as shown in the original <br /> agreeemnt, shall be modified as set forth herein. <br /> Delete paragraph 3.a. and add new paragraph 3.a. as follows: <br /> a. Step I Preliminary Engineering and Planning: The Engineer <br /> shall be compensated a lump sum of One Hundred Seven Thousand, <br /> Eighty Eight Dollars ($107,088) for the services described <br /> in Section 2.a.(1) through 2.a.(5) above.
