GROUP II Those developers who had submitted letters to the City Council for reservations for future plant capacity under Section 30-49 of the Sewerage Capital Recovery Fee Ordinance prior to April 16, 1984. GROUP III Those public institutions who request capacity from the City utilizing Interlocal Cooperation Act agreements. GROUP IV All develC?pers who have submitted letters to the City Manager requesting capacity or others who desire capacity. The above groups are to report to the Public Works Department in City Hall within the normal business hours of the date and time cited belo'" or forfeit their place in line to be offered the capacity. Group I-----September 21, 1984 Group II----September 21, 1984 Group III---September 21, 1984 Group IV----September 24, 1984 Since we expect a large turnout for Group IV, the placement in line for this group will be determined as follows: 1. All those in the City Hall by 10:00 a.m. on September 24, 1984, will be directed to the City Council Chambers and will be assigned a number. 2. Numbers will then be selected at random to establish the order of those to be given the first, second, etc., place in line. 3. After 10:00 a.m. on September 24, 1984, developers will form a line behind the last person who has been assigned a place in line in the City Council Chambers and the order will be on a first come first serve basis from that point forward. Other applicable rules will be as follows: 1. Reservation assignments will be based on the developer's letter of credit in favor of the City for an amount equal to the number of LUE's requested times $500 per LUE. This letter of credit must be completed by the appropriate bank official using the form enclosed. No other form is acceptable. 2. The amount of the letter of credit will be for $500 per LUE times the number of LUE'S requested. The maximum number of LUE's anyone developer can request will be either: (a) the amount cited in the letter the developer sent to the City Manager prior to September 15, 1984, or (b) 100 LUE's if no letter had been submitted to the City Manager prior to September 15, 1984.
