<br /> GROUP II <br /> Those developers who had submitted letters to the City Council for <br /> reservations for future plant capacity under Section 30-49 of the <br /> Sewerage Capital Recovery Fee Ordinance prior to April 16, 1984. <br /> GROUP III <br /> Those public institutions who request capacity from the City <br /> utilizing Interlocal Cooperation Act agreements. <br /> GROUP IV <br /> All develC?pers who have submitted letters to the City Manager <br /> requesting capacity or others who desire capacity. <br /> The above groups are to report to the Public Works Department in City <br /> Hall within the normal business hours of the date and time cited belo'" <br /> or forfeit their place in line to be offered the capacity. <br /> Group I-----September 21, 1984 <br /> Group II----September 21, 1984 <br /> Group III---September 21, 1984 <br /> Group IV----September 24, 1984 <br /> Since we expect a large turnout for Group IV, the placement in line for <br /> this group will be determined as follows: <br /> 1. All those in the City Hall by 10:00 a.m. on <br /> September 24, 1984, will be directed to the City Council Chambers <br /> and will be assigned a number. <br /> 2. Numbers will then be selected at random to establish the order <br /> of those to be given the first, second, etc., place in line. <br /> 3. After 10:00 a.m. on September 24, 1984, developers will form <br /> a line behind the last person who has been assigned a place in <br /> line in the City Council Chambers and the order will be on a first <br /> come first serve basis from that point forward. <br /> Other applicable rules will be as follows: <br /> 1. Reservation assignments will be based on the developer's <br /> letter of credit in favor of the City for an amount equal to the <br /> number of LUE's requested times $500 per LUE. This letter of <br /> credit must be completed by the appropriate bank official using <br /> the form enclosed. No other form is acceptable. <br /> 2. The amount of the letter of credit will be for $500 per LUE <br /> times the number of LUE'S requested. The maximum number of LUE's <br /> anyone developer can request will be either: (a) the amount cited <br /> in the letter the developer sent to the City Manager prior to <br /> September 15, 1984, or (b) 100 LUE's if no letter had been <br /> submitted to the City Manager prior to September 15, 1984.
