Upon the completion <br /> of his/her educational needs, the coordinator may fully implement the expectations of his <br /> office. His primary function will be to organize or coordinate community groups into <br /> operating in a combined effort with the Police to detect and report suspicious and criminal <br /> activity. To develope neighborhood groups to patrol their own homes. To help the few Police <br /> to Detter observe the activities within their community.
