Multiple: A building designed for and/or <br /> occupied exclusively by three (3) or more <br /> dwelling units. (Also known as multifamily <br /> dwelling unit) <br /> SECTION 28. That Section 7 of Appendix A of the Code <br /> of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> Section 7. Newly annexed territory. <br /> All territory hereinafter annexed to the City of <br /> San Marcos shall assume an interim classification of <br /> A-O Agricultural Open Space, pending determination <br /> of the property's initial permanent zoning in accordance <br /> with the provisions of State law and this chapter. <br /> The City Zoning Commission shall, as soon as practical <br /> after annexation of any territory to the City, institute <br /> proceedings on its own motion, to give the newly annexed <br /> territory a permanent zoning, following the same procedure <br /> as is provided by law for the adoption of original zoning <br /> procedures. <br /> SECTION 29. That Section 18(b) of Appendix A of the Code <br /> of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> Section 18(B) <br /> B.
