<br /> -8- <br /> CRFEC= CRF times LUEEC; <br /> ( e) The fee for the CRFEC will be charged to <br /> the customer: <br /> ( 1) at the time of the notification [as <br /> specified in Section 30-48 1 (a)]; <br /> ( 2) the charge will be based on an <br /> estimate of anticipated sewerage <br /> usage derived by the Director of <br /> Public Works using available <br /> information at his disposal; <br /> ( 3) after a 12-month period has expired, <br /> a revised CRFEC bill will be derived <br /> based on the formula specified in (d) <br /> of this section; and, <br /> (4) if the customer overpaid, such party <br /> will be refunded the amount overpaid. <br /> If the customer underpaid, any <br /> deficiency will be due to the City 10 <br /> days after final determination and <br /> notice of the amount of deficiency; <br /> ( f) This fee will be charged to the customer <br /> on the customer's utility bill as <br /> provided in Chapter 30, Division 3, <br /> Section 30-34, et seq. <br /> 2. Any party assessed this fee may petition for <br /> adjustment as provided in Section 30-47 under <br /> this chapter. <br /> Section 30-49. Prepa~nent of CRF for Advanced <br /> Commitments on Sewerage <br /> Treatment Capacity <br /> 1. When a party wishes to secure from the City <br /> of San Marcos an advance commitment to <br /> reserve sewerage treatment capacity for uses <br /> other than single family, such party may do <br /> so provided that the following conditions are <br /> met: <br /> a) the CRF be paid in advance at the rate of <br /> $900 per living unit equivalent; <br /> b) the commi tmen-t given to the party who <br /> seeks the said capacity will not be <br /> transferable and will be in effect for a <br /> period not to exceed three years from the <br /> date of the signing of the reservation by <br /> the Mayor of the City; <br /> c) before the commitment is granted to the <br /> party who seeks the said capacity a <br /> determination will be made by the Public <br /> Works Director that the capacity being <br /> requested is not the capacity which is <br /> available at the existing treatment plants <br /> as of the effective date of this <br /> Ordinance, that the capacity being <br /> requested is capacity which is either <br /> being developed as evidenced by the sale <br />
