Mr. Guerra moved to ap- <br />prove the fee schedule recommended by the Parks Board and Mayor <br />Craddock seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was <br />recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler. <br /> NAY: Coddington, Nicola. <br /> ABSTAIN: None. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to bid a <br />brush chipper for the Parks Department. Ms. Kissler moved for author- <br />ization to bid and Mayor Craddock seconded the motion. On roll call <br />the following vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler. <br /> NAY: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: Nicola. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to bid the <br />cemetery maintenance contract. Mayor Craddock moved for authorization <br />to bid and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion. Mr. Coddington moved <br />to amend the wage rates of laborer; grounds maintenance to $4.18 per <br />hour and tractor operator to $5.31 per hour, which rates are federally <br />determined figures which include Hays County. Mr. Farr seconded the <br />motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Farr moved to amend the contract <br />to delete fringe benefits and delete the requirement of double time on <br />designated holidays. Mr. Coddington seconded the motion. On roll <br />call the following vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler, Nicola. <br /> NAY: Brown. <br /> ABSTAIN: None. <br />On roll call for authorization to bid the cemetery maintenance contract, <br />the following vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler, Nicola. <br /> NAY: Brown. <br /> ABSTAIN: None. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to bid repair <br />of the H.E.B.
