Existing sites as follows: <br /> <br />(1) The location, dimensions, name and description of all existing <br />or recorded streets, alleys, reservations, easements, or <br />public rights-of-way within the subdivision, intersecting or <br />contiguous with its boundaries or forming such boundaries. <br /> <br />(2) The location, dimensions, description, and name of all <br />existing or recorded residential lots, parks, public areas, <br />and significant sites within or contiguous with the sub- <br />division. <br /> <br />(3) The location, dimensions, description, and flow-line of <br />existing watercourses within the subdivisio~ or on contiguous <br />tracts. <br /> <br />i. The location, dimensions, description, and name of all proposed <br />streets, alleys, parks, public areas, reservations, easements or <br />rights-of-way, blocks, lots, and watercourses. <br /> <br />J. Date of preparation, scale of plat, and north arrow. <br /> <br />k. Topographical information shall include contours on the basis of <br />5 vertical feet in terrain with a slope of 2% or more, and on a <br />basis of 1 vertical foot in terrain of less than 2%. <br /> <br />1. Location of city limits line, the outer border of the City's <br />extraterritorial jurisdiction, and zoning district boundaries, if <br />they traverse the subdivision, form part of the boundary of the <br />subdivision, or are contiguous to such boundary. This shall be <br />drawn on all blue line copies submitted to the city and will not <br />be required on the final plat. <br /> <br />m. <br /> <br />The Subdivision Master Plan, or preliminary plat shall indicate, <br />by lot, the proposed land use on all blue line copies submitted. <br />This information will not be required on the final plat. <br /> <br />n. <br /> <br />As a supplement to the blue line copies submitted, three blue <br />line copies shall be submitted with locations and sizes of pro- <br />posed utilities indicated. <br /> <br />o. A number or letter to identify each lot or site and each block. <br /> <br />4. Environmental Assessment Statement <br /> <br />An environmental assessment is required to be completed. The Environ- <br />mental Advisory Committee has developed, in conjunction with staff, a <br />format to be used in completing this assessment. <br /> <br />a. The Director of Planning shall make sure that all interested <br />parties shall review the plat, utility layout, and environmental <br />assessment statement within fifteen (15) days of their submission <br />for the purpose of determining their conformity with this Ordi- <br />nance and applicable City standards, giving consideration to <br /> <br />-17- <br />
