<br />" <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Minor arterial streets shall have a right-of-way width of at <br />least seventy (70) feet and a pavement width of at least forty- <br />four (44) feet. <br /> <br />c. Collector streets shall have a right-of-way width of'at least <br />sixty (60) feet and a pavement width of at least thirty-six (36) <br />feet. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Residential streets shall have a right-of-way width of at least <br />fifty (50) feet and a pavement width of at least thirty (30) <br />feet. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />Local streets serving commercial or industrial property shall <br />have a right-of-way width of at least sixty (60) 'feet, a pavement <br />width of at least thirty-six (36) feet and be built to commercial <br />or industrial standards. <br /> <br />14. Curb and Gutter - Curb and gutter or extruded curb shall be installed <br />in the subdivision on both sides of all interior streets and on the <br />subdivision side of all streets forming part of the boundary of the <br />subdivision, in accordance with City construction standards. <br /> <br />15. Street Names - Names of new streets shall not duplicate or cause <br />confusion with the names of existing streets, unless the new streets <br />are a continuation of, or in alignment with, existing streets, in <br />which case names of existing streets shall be used. <br /> <br />16. Street Signs - Street signs shall be installed by the subdivider at <br />all intersections within or abutting the subdivision. Such signs <br />shall be of a type approved by the City and shall be installed in <br />accordance with City standards. <br /> <br />17. Street Lights - Street lights shall be installed by the subdivider at <br />all intersections, at the end of cul-de-sacs, and shall have no greater <br />distance than six hundred (600) feet between them within or abutting <br />the subdivision. <br /> <br />SECTION C . All eys <br /> <br />Alleys shall be provided by the subdivider in all business and industrial <br />areas. Water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer shall be placed within the <br />street right-of-way, unless approved otherwise at the time of final plat <br />approval. All other utilities shall be placed in the alleys, unless other- <br />wise approved at the time of final plat approval. Such utilities may be <br />placed underground in the alleys. Alleys may be provided by the subdivider <br />in residential areas, and where provided shall conform to the provisions of <br />this section. <br /> <br />1. Width and Paving - Alley rights-of-way shall be twenty (20) feet with <br />twenty (20) feet of paving in business and industrial areas, and a <br />minimum of twelve (12) feet of paving in residential areas. All alley <br />paving shall be done in accordance with City standards. Alleys shall <br />be approximately parallel to the frontage of the streets. <br /> <br />-37- <br />
