Regular Meeting November 6, 2006 Page 3 Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of minutes of the I Regular Meeting held October 17, 2006, approval of an Ordinance on second reading, adoption of an Ordinance on third and final reading, adoption of eight Resolutions, and approval of Change Order No. 5 in the amount of $26,151.47 to the Purgatory Creek Park Waterline Project with Central Road and Utility, Ltd., on consent. The Council pulled Items 14, 15, 16, 18, and 19, adoption of Resolutions, to be considered separately. Mr. Mihalkanin moved for approval of minutes of the Regular Meeting held October 17, 2006, approval of an Ordinance on second reading, adoption of an Ordinance on third and final reading, adoption of remaining three Resolutions, and approval of Change Order NO.5 in the amount of $26,151.47 to the Purgatory Creek Park Waterline Project with Central Road and Utility, Ltd., on consent, and Mr. Bose seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The captions of the Ordinance and Resolutions read as follows: Approval of an Ordinance on second reading: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING DIVISION 18, SECTION 2.366, ANIMAL SHELTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE, OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS CODE OF ORDINANCES. Adoption of an Ordinance on third and final reading: II AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, ANNEXING TO THE CITY A TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING 50.237 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, LOCATED IN THE 2600 BLOCK OF POST ROAD (HILLBURN TRACT) ; APPROVING A SERVICE PLAN FOR THIS TRACT; AND INCLUDING PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS.
