Consider approval of Ordinance 2014 -64, on the second <br />request by High Pointe Communities for an amendme <br />Map of the City's Comprehensive Plan to change the <br />158.4 acre, more or less, tract of land out of the William <br />between south IH -35 and an LCRA electric easement <br />(Trace); and including procedural provisions. <br />of two readings, approving a <br />nt to the Preferred Scenario <br />Land Use Designation for a <br />H. Van Horn Survey, located <br />and south of Posey Road <br />9. Consider approval of Ordinance 2014 -65, on the <br />second of two <br />readings, approving a <br />request by Flying TZ, LP <br />for an amendment to <br />the Preferred <br />Scenario Map of the <br />City's Comprehensive Plan <br />to change the Land <br />Use Designation <br />for a 92 acre, more <br />or less, tract of land out of <br />the Samuel Craft Sr. <br />Survey, located <br />between south IH -35 <br />and Old Bastrop Highway <br />and south of Posey <br />Road (Las Colinas); and including <br />procedural provisions. <br />10. Consider approval of Ordinance 2014 -66, on the second of two readings, designating <br />a No Parking /Tow -Away Zone at all times on both sides of the 400 block of <br />Fredericksburg Street (from Lindsey Street To Pat Garrison Street) and amending the <br />Traffic Register maintained under Section 82.067 of the San Marcos City Code to <br />reflect such designation; and including procedural provisions. <br />11. Consider approval of Ordinance 2014 -67, on the second of two readings, authorizing <br />the installation of speed cushions in both directions in the 100 through 400 blocks of <br />Hughson Drive (from Old Ranch Road 12 to Craddock Avenue); and including <br />procedural provisions. <br />12. Consider approval of Resolution 2014 -151 R approving an agreement between the <br />City and Building Image Group, Inc. for the provision of professional services for the <br />design, fabrication and installation of wayfinding signs at the San Marcos Regional <br />Airport in a not to exceed amount of $57,434.00 which includes the original contract <br />amount of $33,976.00, previously approved changes in services of $11,164.00, and <br />$2,330.00 and proposed Change in Services No. 3 in the amount of $9,964.00; <br />ratifying the City Manager's execution of this agreement on behalf of the City; <br />authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute authorization of Change in <br />Services No. 3 on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. <br />13. Consider approval of Resolution 2014 -152R awarding a construction contract to <br />Capital Excavation Company for the SH 123 at Wonder World Drive Relocation <br />Project (IFB 215 -001) in the bid amount of $1,588,123.04 contingent upon the bidder's <br />timely submission of sufficient bonds and insurance in accordance with the City's bid <br />documents for the project; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute <br />the contract documents on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. <br />City of San Marcos Page 4 <br />
