Critical in this case should be defined as <br />amendments without which the City would be jeopardizing the <br />welfare and safety of the public. <br /> <br />Look into increasing parking fines and parking alternatives <br />in the Central Business District. <br /> <br />Participate in the New BraunfelsjSan Marcos Surface Water <br />Treatment Project and make necessary payments to New <br />Braunfels for land and to GBRA to reserve up to 2,000 acre <br />feet of surface water. <br /> <br />Include a planning project estimates: <br /> <br />A. <br />B. <br />c. <br />D. <br /> <br />Park Master Plan <br />Master Plan Update <br />Drainage Master Plan <br />Drought Management Plan <br /> <br />See if additional carryover funds can be created to be used <br />in 1988-89 budget. <br /> <br />Develop recommendations concerning appropriate levels of fund <br />balance in major funds. <br /> <br />Look at developing central microfilming center. <br /> <br />Establish public information position as a staff position. <br /> <br />Develop list of services being provided to out-of-city <br />residents and review existing service arrangements with Hays <br />County. <br />
