Water /Wastewater Utility Improvements -Preliminary Plan view showing utilities to be replaced <br />in and adjacent to Hopkins Street and Belvin. Preliminary Plan and Profile view showing utilities <br />to be replaced in and adjacent to Hopkins Street and Belvin. Modify drawings per City <br />comments. <br />E. Cost Estimates and Phasing - Provide updated opinions of probable construction cost and work <br />with City Staff to identify potential phasing options / opportunities. <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />The following items are outside of the basic services scope but can be provided upon written authorization <br />of the OWNER. <br />1. Environmental: NEPA Process and approval with TxDOT <br />2. Take the Conceptual Schematic to a TxDOT required level of detail for TxDOT approval <br />3. Traffic Study or Traffic Signal Design. <br />4. ROW and /or Easement metes and bounds and acquisition. <br />5. Drainage: Develop improvement alternatives for watershed drainage (see Task 4.D.3) <br />6. Perform CCTV investigation of existing utilities if required to determine necessary improvements. <br />7. Perform additional SUE services beyond those performed in the Basic Services (potholing) <br />TIME OF COMPLETION <br />FNI is authorized to commence work on the Project upon execution of this Agreement and agrees to <br />complete the services in accordance with the attached schedule: <br />If FNI's services are delayed through no fault of FNI, FNI shall be entitled to equitable adjustment of <br />compensation and FNI shall be entitled to adjust contract schedule consistent with the number of days of <br />delay. <br />[OFF140411 L: \OLCR \San Marcos <br />
