1.4.2 Review staking sheets to determine that these records represent the construction completed <br />and inspected. <br />1.4.3 Prepare construction clean -up notes and staking sheet discrepancies to permit correction of <br />construction, staking sheets, other records, and work order inventories. <br />1.4.4 Re- inspect the construction corrected as a result of the Engineer's clean-up notes and <br />inspection report. <br />1.4.5 Certify work order inventories in accordance with Rural Utilities Service requirements. <br />1.5 TASK 5 — OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE CONSULTATION SERVICES <br />For each Project assigned by the City, the Engineer shall perform all or some of the services <br />identified in this Section 1.5 as specifically authorized by the Work Authorization Form for each <br />of the Project(s) assigned. The Engineer shall: <br />1.5.1 Advise the City's representative by telephone or written correspondence of engineering <br />problems, provided such advice can reasonably be given on the basis of the Engineer's knowledge of <br />the System and copies of engineering studies and maps or other System data furnished by the City to <br />the Engineer. The Engineer shall be responsible for safe keeping of this System data and shall <br />return it to the City upon request. <br />1.5.2 Visit the System to confer with the City on matters pertaining to System operation and <br />maintenance and perform such engineering services as can reasonably be performed during each visit. <br />1.6 TASK 6 — RATES AND PRICING SERVICES <br />For each Project assigned by the City, the Engineer shall perform all or some of the services <br />identified in this Section 1.6 as specifically authorized by the Work Authorization Form for each <br />of the Project(s) assigned. The Engineer shall: <br />1.6.1 Provide an estimate of cost of service and retail rate design. <br />1.6.2 Assist the City with utility financial planning. <br />1.6.3 Provide reporting services to entities such as the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, Energy <br />Information Administration, etc. <br />1.6.4 Assist the City with tariffs, contracts, and agreement development. <br />1.7 TASK 7 - OTHER ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />Master Electrical Engineering Services Agreement— Schneider 2015 <br />4 <br />
