No one <br />did, so Mayor Yowlger closed the public hearing. Mr. Coddington moved <br />for adoption of the Zoning Ordinance and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. <br />Mr. Coddington asked about the confusion in mailing out the public <br />hearing notices for the hearing before the Zoning Commission. Mr. <br />Robbins indicated it was involved with the land use amendment hearing, <br />not the zoning, and since the land use amendment was City-initiated, <br />the City withdrew. Mr. Coddington wants the Council to consider mail- <br />ing the notices for the Zoning Commission hearings by certified mail- <br />return receipt requested. Mr. Guerra was in favor of this procedure <br />if it would not require a budget amendment. Mr. Nicola indicated the <br />Staff had mailed things certified mail-return receipt requested for <br />second notifications. Mr. Gonzalez stated the Staff would present a <br />cost figure to the Council for this procedure and let the Council de- <br />cide.
