It is the intent of this <br />document to facilitate the construction process in common overlapping areas <br />between city departments and private contractors. In all cases, contractors, <br />subcontractors and owners are responsible for knowing and utilizing the state, <br />federal or city codes and laws where applicable. No code violations are <br />"approved ". City of San Marcos signed or reviewed plans are not authorization to <br />violate codes, laws or ordinances. A copy of plans bearing a seal from the <br />Building Department is required to be available on -site at all times. Any changes <br />or revisions to these plans must first be submitted to the City by the design <br />professional for review and written authorization. PLAN LAYOUT SHOWS LOCATION OF PROPOSED <br />SIDEWALK. <br />2. PROPOSED SIDEWALK WILL HAVE MAX. 2% <br />CROSS SLOPE TOWARD THE ROADWAY. THE <br />SIDEWALK WILL HAVE A MAX. FOR PROPOSED SIDEWALK, CURB RAMP <br />DRIVEWAY DETAILS, AND CURB AND <br />GUTTER SEE SIDEWALK DETAILS SHEET. <br />6. WHEN REMOVING VEGETATION (BRUSH, BUSHES, <br />TREES, ETC.) REMOVE ROOTS TO ENSURE <br />VEGETATION WILL NOT REGROW. <br />7. SEE APPROPRIATE BC STANDINGS FOR <br />DETERMINING LOCATION OF <br />CONSTRUCTION SIGNS. <br />8. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, REVEGETATION WILL <br />BE DONE USING BERMUDA SOD WITHIN 1.5' BUFFER <br />FROM EDGE OF SIDEWALK ACCORDING TO <br />TxDOT SPECIFICATION. <br />9. TEMPORARY EROSION, SEDIMENT, AND WATER <br />POLLUTION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE <br />INSTALLED PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. <br />WATERING SCHEDULE <br />1.
