Once we have received the signed documents, we will then send this agreement to the <br />Maintenance Division of the Texas Department of Transportation for their review and approval. <br />Upon signature of the Maintenance Division, one of these original documents will be returned to <br />the City for your records and the agreement will be considered executed. However, <br />construction cannot actually begin until the Austin District has given final approval to your <br />construction plans and your contractor has submitted the necessary certification of insurance.
