<br />80 <br />Regular Meeting July 12, 1993 Page 4 <br />Mr. Gilley stated that the Public Hearings would have to be redone. <br />Mayor Morris stated that by tabling these Items it would delay the <br />developer. Mr. Gilley stated that they would be placed on the July <br />26th agenda only if the city would meet the 15 day requirements for <br />publishing. Mr. Gilley suggested that the Items be brought back <br />onto the table to hold the public hearings but no motions will be <br />taken. Mr. Guerra moved that the items be brought back onto the <br />table. Mayor Morris stated that he could not do that because he <br />had an interest. Mayor Morris asked if the council could conduct <br />business with three members. Ms. Davis stated that she was not <br />sure and Mr. Gilley stated that the purpose of the public hearings <br />was to receive comments from the public and not take any official <br />action and he did not see any reason that even without a quorum <br />they could not have a public hearing. Mayor Morris stated that the <br />Council go ahead and hold the public hearings and if there is a <br />problem and if the City can post it then they would take care of <br />it.
