City Council Meeting Minutes September 1, 2015 There being no comments, the Mayor closed the Public Dearing at 9:11 p.m. A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Scott, seconded by Council Member Prewitt, that Ordinance 2015 -38 be approved, on the first of two readings.
