City Council Meeting Minutes September 1, 2015 A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Scott, seconded by Mayor Pro -T'em Prather, that resolution 2015 -1171 be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: For: 7 - Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomaides, Council Member Thomason, Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Scott, Mayor Pro -Tem Prather, Council Member Prewitt and Council Member Hughson Against: 0 25. Consider approval of Ordinance 2015 -29, on the second of two readings, annexing into the City 965 acres of land, more or less, comprised of multiple tracts of land and associated rights -of -way within 13 areas in the City's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction; approving service plans for said areas; including procedural provisions; and providing an effective date.
