City Council Meeting Minutes September 1, 2015 <br />A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Scott, seconded by Mayor <br />Pro -T'em Prather, that resolution 2015 -1171 be approved. The motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomaides, Council Member Thomason, <br />Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Scott, Mayor Pro -Tem Prather, Council Member Prewitt <br />and Council Member Hughson <br />Against: 0 <br />25.
