Consider approval of Resolution 2015 -119R approving a Meet and Confer Agreement between the San Marcos Professional Firefighters Association Local #3963 and the City of San Marcos and declaring an effective date. motion t.' by Deputy t Pro Tem Scott, seconded t Council Member Thomaides, that Resolution 2015-119R be approved. Staff stated th they will be bringing back an item to remove pay at a future meeting. The motion •t by the following vote: For: 7 - Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomaides, Council Member Thomason, Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Scott, Mayor Pro -Tem Prather, Council Member Prewitt and Council Member Hughson Against: 0 30. Discuss and consider an appointment to the Code SMTX Technical Committee to fill a vacancy, and provide direction to Staff. Following a roll call vote Monica Molargio- McNabb was appointed to fill the local buisness owner vacancy on the Code SMTX 'Technical Committee. 31. Consider approval of the reappointment of Downtown TIRZ #5 Board of Directors as follows: City representatives of City Manager Jared Miller, Council Member John Thomaides, Hays County representatives of Commissioner Debbie Ingalsbe and Commissioner Will Conley, and the mutually agreed upon appointee, Dr. Ed Mihalkanin. A motion was made by Council Member Hughson, seconded by Council Member Prewitt, to approve the reappointment of the Downtown TTrZ #5 members as presented.
