City Council Meeting Minutes September 15, 2015 <br />over two years; authorizing the City Manager to execute said agreement on behalf of <br />the City; and declaring an effective date <br />4. Consider approval of Resolution 2015 -122R approving the award of an annual <br />contract to Pristine Texas Rivers, Inc. for the contractor's removal of underwater <br />vegetation and litter (IFB 213 -137) for the Community Services Department in the <br />estimated contract amount of $62,116.00; ratifying the Purchasing Manager's <br />execution of the purchasing documents related to this contract on behalf of the City; <br />and declaring an effective date. <br />5. Consider approval of Resolution 2015 -123R, approving on -call agreements between <br />the City and Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc., Terracon Consultants, Inc. and Fugro <br />Constultants, Inc. for professional geotechnical services in the not -to- exceed amount <br />of $200,000.00 per agreement; approving on -call agreements between the City and <br />Rone Engineering Services, Ltd. and ECS Texas, LLP. for professional geotechnical <br />services in the not -to- exceed amount of $50,000.00 per agreement; approving on -call <br />agreements between the City and Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc., Terracon <br />consultants, Inc., and Fugro Consultants, Inc. for professional material testing services <br />in the not -to- exceed amount of $200,000.00 per agreement; approving on -call <br />agreements between the City and Rone Engineering Services, Ltd. and ECS Texas, <br />LLP for professional material testing services in the not to exceed amount of <br />$50,000.00 per agreement; approving on -call agreements between the City and Rock <br />Engineering and Testing Laboratory, Inc. and Geoscience Engineering & Testing, Inc. <br />for professional material testing services in the not -to- exceed amount of $25,000.00 <br />per agreement; approving on -call agreements between the City and Halff Associates, <br />Inc., Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. and Surveying and Mapping, LLC for <br />professional subsurface utility exploration services in the not to exceed amount of <br />$200,000.00 per agreement; approving on -call agreements between the City and <br />Cardno, Inc. and Lamb -Star Engineering L.P. for professional subsurface utility <br />exploration services in the not to exceed amount of $100,000.00 per agreement; <br />authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute each agreement on behalf of <br />the City and declaring an effective date. <br />6. Consider approval of Resolution 2015 -124R approving the annual renewal of the <br />Microsoft Enterprise Agreement with SHI Government Solutions for software licenses <br />in accordance with the State of Texas Department of Information Resources Contract <br />#DIR -SDD -2503 in the annual amount of $202,581.60; authorizing the City Manager <br />or his designee to execute the appropriate documents related to the renewal of this <br />agreement; and declaring an effective date. <br />7. Consider approval of Resolution 2015 -125R approving the purchase of Phillips -Hadco <br />Street Lights and Poles from Techline, Inc. to improve pedestrian and roadway lighting <br />in the estimated amount of $55,639.97 through the City's Material Acquisition Services <br />Agreement with the Lower Colorado River Authority; authorizing the City Manager or <br />his designee to execute the appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City; <br />and declaring an effective date. <br />8. Consider approval of Resolution 2015 -126R approving a State Use Contract between <br />City of San Marcos Page 3 <br />
