unless otherwise requested prior to executing the Agreement. An ESRI Geodatabase of the <br />extracted data will also be provided. The Consultant will provide the following electronic <br />deliverables: <br />1) Planimetrics and DTM file in Autodesk Civil 3D format. <br />2) ESRI Geodatabase of final deliverable. Feature classes will be derived from <br />drawing layers. <br />3) Survey Control Index Sheet and Horizontal and Vertical Control Sheet, signed, <br />sealed and dated by a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in PDF format and I 1 <br />x 17 bond paper. <br />4) PDF file of field book copies. <br />5) Geo- corrected LiDAR data files in Jas format. <br />6) Survey adjustment reports. <br />7) Point cloud calibration report. <br />8) Point cloud ground truthing report. <br />9) ASCii point list of Horizontal and Vertical Control. <br />10) ASCii point list of supplemental survey data. <br />11) One (1) hard drive and one (1) ESRI runtime license with the SAM -PRO <br />application and georeferenced SAM -CAM 360 - degree video. <br />II. CITY RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City will: <br />A. Provide full and accurate information to the Consultant regarding the City's requirements <br />for the Consultant's services under this Agreement. In addition, the City will furnish the <br />Consultant with copies of data and information in the City's possession needed by the <br />Consultant pertinent to the Consultant's provision of services required under this <br />Agreement at the Consultant's request. The City will provide this information and render <br />decisions expeditiously for the orderly progress of the Consultant's services. <br />B. Designate Laurie Anderson, P.E., Director of Engineering and CIP, as the City's <br />authorized representative to act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The <br />City will examine all documents and information submitted by the Consultant and <br />promptly render responses to the Consultant on issues requiring a decision by the City. <br />C. Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Consultant to access City <br />personnel and to enter public facilities and private property as required for the Consultant <br />to perform its services under this Agreement. <br />D. Bear all costs incidental to this Article. <br />III.
