SCHULLE TO MARY ANNE HOOD, TRUSTEE, DATED NOVEMBER 9, <br />1973 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 263, PAGE 522 OF THE HAYS COUNTY <br />DEED RECORDS, LOCATED AT 1500 WONDER WORLD DRIVE, FROM "PD" <br />(PRE-DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT) TO "MF-3" (MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT <br />[HIGH DENSITY]) AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting held November 23, 1992, approval of two Ordinances <br />on second reading and adoption of two Resolutions on consensus. Ms. <br />Kissler moved for approval of the minutes of the R~gular Meeting <br />held November 23, 1992, for approval of the two Ordinances on second <br />reading and for adoption of the two Resolutions on consensus and Mr. <br />Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The captions <br />of the Ordinances and Resolutions read as follows: <br /> <br />Approval of Ordinances on second reading: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AMENDING THE CITY BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR THE 1992-1993 <br />FISCAL YEAR TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE PROVISION OF DIRECTIONAL <br />SIGNAGE FOR SOUTHWEST TEXAS STÁTE UNIVERSITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AMENDING THE CITY BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR THE 1992-1993 <br />FISCAL YEAR TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR FINAL PAYMENT TO AMERICAN <br />APPRAISAL ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR PERFORMANCE OF THE FIXED ASSETS <br />INVENTORY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Adoption of, Resolutions: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARD~NG THE UNIVERSITY-LBJ WASTEWATER MAIN <br />REHABILITATION PROJECT (C.I.P. NO. 83-000-726) TO AMERICAN <br />INFRASTRUCTURE, INC. FOR $67,572.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />SUPPORTING FEDERAL LEGISLATION TO END UNFUNDED FEDERAL <br />MANDATES; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval to authorize the <br />, offer of exchange of Prospect Street right-of-way through the <br />, statutory sealed ,offer process for a similar tract or tracts of <br />. property along Prospect Street. Mr. Moore moved for authorization <br />and Mr. Hart seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced a discussion regarding the recommèndation of <br />the Human Services Advisory Board to provide rent-free space for the <br />Hays County Crisis and 'Information Center and'directîon to Staff. <br />The Council discussed adding,$4,464.00,to the allocation of Hays <br />County Crisis and Information Center to bring their total allocation <br />to $11,000.00. Mary Cauble and Ollie Giles stated they need office <br />space and telephone service. Mr. Moore stated the telephone company <br />may be willing to provide telephone service. Mrs. Cauble and Mrs. <br />Giles are going to contact Hays County Crisis and Information Center <br />to determine how quickly these needs must be met and advise the <br />city. <br />
