Resolution 2015 -135R approving an agreement between the City and Wells Fargo <br />Bank, N.A. for the provision of Depository Services contingent upon the depository's <br />provision of sufficient insurance in accordance with the attached agreement; <br />authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute this agreement on behalf of <br />the City; and declaring an effective date. <br />7. Resolution 2015 -141 R approving an Interlocal Agreement between the City of San <br />Marcos and the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District for the City's <br />provision of Police Officers to the School District to serve as School Resource <br />Officers; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute this agreement on <br />behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. <br />8. Resolution 2015 -142R approving the terms and conditions of an Interlocal <br />Agreement with the Capital Area Emergency Communications District for Public <br />Safety Answering Point Maintenance, Equipment Upgrade and Training; authorizing <br />the City Manager or his designee to execute this Interlocal Agreement on behalf of the <br />City; and declaring an effective date. <br />9. Resolution 2015 -143R, granting an easement to Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative, <br />Inc. for the installation of Electric Utility Facilities to serve the Cottonwood Creek <br />Subdivision; authorizing the City Manager to execute said easement on behalf of the <br />City; and declaring an effective date. <br />10. Resolution 2015 -144R authorizing an application submission for a Mitigation Grant <br />for the City of San Marcos through the Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant Program <br />(FMA); and declaring an effective date. <br />NON - CONSENT AGENDA <br />11. Ordinance 2015 -28, on the second of two readings, annexing into the City 417.630 <br />acres of land, more or less, out of the William H. Van Horn Survey, Abstract No. 464, <br />located on the east side of IH -35 and south of Posey Road; approving a service plan <br />for this area; including procedural provisions; and providing an effective date. <br />12 Ordinance 2015 -42, on the second of two readings, related to the Highpointe <br />Investments ( "Trace ") mixed use development project located on 417.63 acres of land, <br />more or less, located between South IH -35 and old Bastrop Highway and South of <br />Posey Road: amending the official zoning map of the City by establishing a zoning <br />classification for said tract of "PDD" Planned Development District with base zoning <br />districts of "SF -6" Single - Family District, "MF -24" Multiple - Family Residential District, <br />"GC" General Commercial District, "CC" Community Commercial District, "NC" <br />Neighborhood Commercial District and "P" Public and Institutional District; approving <br />planned development district standards for the district; including procedural <br />provisions; and providing for penalties. <br />City of San Marcos Page 2 <br />
