City Council Meeting Minutes November 13, 2015 declaring an effective date. 13. Resolution 2015 -161 R, approving the purchase of a 2016 Dodge 4500 crew truck for the Public Services Department - Electric Utilities Division from Altec Industries, Inc. through the Texas Comptroller of Public Account's Texas Multiple Award Schedule for Construction Equipment and Attachments (TXMAS#- 11- 23v050) in the amount of $76,636.00; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City, and declaring an effective date. 14. Resolution 2015 -162R, approving the purchase of two bucket trucks for the Public Services Department - Electric Utilities division from Altec Industries, Inc. through the Texas Comptroller of Public Account's Texas Multiple Award schedule for construction equipment and attachments (TXMAS #- 11- 23v050) in the amount of $281,726.00; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City and declaring an effective date. 15. Resolution 2015 -163R, approving an Annual State Use Contract between the City and Goodwill Temporary Services, Inc. through TIBH Industries, Inc . for the provision of Janitorial Services for the City of San Marcos in the estimated annual amount of $414,458.04; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute this contract on behalf of the City and declaring an effective date. 16. Resolution 2015 -164R, approving and ratifying an amended and restated Interlocal agreement with Hays County related to cooperative disaster reliefefforts involving debris removal and disposal of household hazardous waste; authorizing and ratifying the City Manager's execution said agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. PUBLIC HEARINGS 17. Staff presentation and Public Hearing to receive comments for or against Ordinance 2015 -52, creating a designated permit area under Section 82.189 of the San Marcos City Code that allows parking by permit only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday on both sides of the 600 block of Blanco Street; amending the traffic register to reflect such designated permit area; and providing for an effective date. NON - CONSENT AGENDA 18. Resolution 2015 -165R, directing City Staff to not accept any applications for financial incentives for Residential Developments, including Public Improvement Districts, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones, Chapter 380 Economic Development Grants or similar incentives for a period of five years; and declaring an effective date. 19. Resolution 2015 -166R casting all of the City's 426 votes in favor of Shane Scott to serve on the Hays Central Appraisal District Board of Directors for a two year term City of San Marcos Page 3
