4. Traffic Control Plan(s) will be provided by the FNI. <br />5. Required "By- Pass" pumping plan(s) will be provided by the Contractor. <br />6. Contractor will be responsible for construction materials testing as part of the construction <br />contract. <br />7. City will provide any required "Special Inspections" required by the International Building Code. <br />8. FNI will perform a tree survey and tree mitigation plan. <br />9. FNI assumes the structural design for the foundation of the bulk refilling station will be minimum <br />and no geotechnical engineering will be required or is included. <br />BASIC SERVICES: FNI shall render the following professional services in connection with the development of <br />the Project: <br />A. PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />1. Prepare subconsultant agreements: <br />a. Ford Engineering <br />2. Conduct Proiect Kickoff Meeting with City Staff and Internal Kickoff Meeting: Purpose of this <br />meeting is to identify project team members, establish project communications protocols, confirm <br />project goals and objectives, review scope, schedule and budget, and coordinate initial project <br />tasks. <br />a. FNI will prepare and distribute a kickoff meeting agenda prior to the meeting and prepare and <br />distribute meeting minutes following meeting. <br />3. Monthly invoicing and proiect updates: FNI will prepare and submit monthly invoices to City for <br />payment. FNI will also prepare and submit monthly status reports to the City with each invoice. <br />Monthly status reports will comprise a one page summary of the progress to date on the project, <br />work completed during the prior month, work anticipated to be completed during the upcoming <br />month, and discussion of any scope, schedule, or budget issues that may need to be resolved. <br />B. MAIN LIFT STATION EXPANSION EVALUATION: <br />FNI will perform planning services for increasing capacity of the Main LiftStation. Serviceswillinclude: <br />1. Meetings /Site Visits: <br />a. Site Visit(s) for data collection. <br />b. Lift Station Analysis Memo Workshop <br />2. Data Collection: Collect existing record drawings and other available information for the project from <br />the City <br />Hydraulics Analysis Utilizing Wastewater Model: <br />FNI prepared the 2014 Wastewater Master Plan for the City. FNI will use the Infoworks model to <br />evaluate the proposed phasing for the main lift station and alternate lift station locations. No <br />updates to the wastewater model or the master plan will be provided as part of this scope. <br />4. Main Lift Station Analysis: <br />a. Evaluate the ultimate capacity available in the existing Main Lift Station <br />b. Analyze existing pumps and requirements for increased firm pumping capacity as determined <br />by the hydraulic analysis <br />Page 3 of 13 <br />
