c. Analyze options for force main design <br />d. Analyze needs for future expansion, determine site requirements and determine location of <br />future improvements for the following three (3) options for expanding the capacity of the Main <br />Lift Station, as provided by the City: <br />1) Expansion of existing Main Lift Station <br />2) Reconstruction /new Main Lift Station <br />3) New Lift Station that intercepts River Road Wastewater Main and diverts it to the WWTP <br />e. Determine cost estimates for all three (3) options <br />5. Develop Lift Station Analysis Memo: <br />a. Assemble findings of options for the Main Lift Station expansion into a draft Main Lift Station <br />Expansion Analysis Memo to include the following: <br />1) Options identified for future expansion <br />2) Cost estimates for identified option <br />3) Recommendations for expansion and other related improvements <br />b. Conduct a workshop for the City to review the analysis and findings. <br />c. Incorporate City comments and submit final Main Lift Station Analysis Memo to the City. <br />6. Phase Deliverables: <br />a. Draft and Final Main Lift Station Analysis Memo: <br />1) Three (3) hard copies <br />2) One (1) electronic copy in PDF format <br />C. FORCE MAIN. RECLAIMED WATER LINE AND BULK REFILLING STATION - 30% DESIGN SUBMITTAL <br />1. Survey: Survey will be initiated at the start of preliminary design. <br />2. Environmental Services: <br />a. Perform site visit to develop: <br />1) Waters of the U.S. description <br />2) Threatened and Endangered Species habitat assessment <br />3) Identify potential hazardous materials <br />b. Evaluate, coordinate, and issue a letter Texas Historical Commission <br />c. Issue internal memo to file to document environmental conditions and proposed permitting <br />3. Meetings /Site Visits: <br />a. Site Visit(s) for data collection. <br />b. 30% Design Workshop <br />4. Data Collection: <br />a. Collect existing record drawings and other available information for the project from the City <br />b.
