5. 30% Design will include: <br />a. Force main and reclaimed water main schematic alignments utilizing survey information <br />b. Plan views will be provided. Pipe profiles will not be provided for the 30% submittal <br />c. Recommendations for any required easements <br />d. Preliminary drawings for bulk refilling station layout and orientation based on the bulk refilling <br />station selected by the City <br />e. Opinions of probable construction cost (OPCC) <br />6. Phase Deliverables: <br />a. Monthly Status Reports <br />b. 30% Submittal (4 -11" x 17" sets, 1 pdf)(1" = 40' H & 1" = 10' V) <br />Plan Set <br />1) Cover Sheet <br />2) Project Layout Sheet <br />3) Schematic Plan Sheets <br />c. Project Schedule <br />D. FORCE MAIN RECLAIMED WATER LINE AND BULK REFILLING STATION - 7S% DESIGN SUBMITTAL <br />FNI shall provide professional services in this phase as follows: <br />1. Meetings: <br />a. 75% Design Workshop to discuss comments made on the 75% design submittal. Prepare <br />meeting agenda and minutes <br />b. Monthly Progress Meetings <br />2. Survey: Upon approval of the 30% schematic layout and design, FNI will discuss whether any <br />easements are required. All easement preparation is an Additional Service and can be scoped and <br />approved once easements are determined to be necessary. <br />3. Design plans shall include: <br />a. Site improvements, paving, general grading plan, etc. <br />b. Site piping. Profile views will not be provided for piping smaller than 16- inches in diameter <br />c. Electrical design that only includes a power connection for the bulk refilling station and site <br />lighting. No security improvements (such as cameras) will be included in the design. <br />d. Prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SW3P) in compliance with TPDES TXR150000 <br />4. Phase Deliverables <br />a.
