shall be paid by the Contractor and is not included in the services to be performed by Freese and
<br />Nichols, Inc.
<br />i. Consult with and advise the City during construction, make recommendations to the City
<br />regarding materials and workmanship, and prepare change orders with the City's approval.
<br />j. Review samples, catalog data, schedules, shop drawings, laboratory, shop and mill tests of
<br />material and test equipment, and other data pursuant to the General Conditions of the
<br />Construction Contract.
<br />k. Review and comment on monthly and final estimates for payment to Contractor pursuant to the
<br />General Conditions of the Construction Contract.
<br />I. Conduct, in company with the City's representative, a final completion site visit, as described
<br />above for conformance with the design concept of the Project and general compliance with the
<br />Contract Documents, and review and comment on the Certificate of Completion and the
<br />recommendation for final payment to the Contractor.
<br />3. Construction staking will be provided by the Contractor.

<br />H. SURVEY (By Ford Engineerini)
<br />1. Locate and verify existing survey control. The work shall include all horizontal and vertical
<br />coordinates of the survey. The surveyor is responsible for locating any benchmarks necessary to
<br />establish his work in this coordinate system. These benchmarks shall be located within the project
<br />boundary every 1,000 LF.
<br />2. Provide survey data for the following:
<br />a. Proposed bulk refilling station: Approximate 100'x100' site; including topography.
<br />b. Replace Existing Force Main: Survey River Road ROW for approximately 3,800 linear feet,
<br />existing Main Lift Station Site and a portion of the WWTP near the headworks.
<br />c. Reclaimed Water Main: Approximately 2,000 L.F. of a 50' wide area on the WWTP property and
<br />30' area along the west side of River Road to Cape Road.
<br />3. Tie in all existing features and structures on the survey. These shall include, but are not limited to:
<br />tops of curbs, edges of pavement, bridges, retaining walls, drainage structures (top, edges and flow
<br />line), channels and drainage ways (tops, toes and flow line), manholes (rim, flow lines and diameters
<br />of pipes), valves, slabs, utility signs and structures, fences, landscaping features, shrubbery,
<br />buildings (edges and finished floor), trees (include species and diameter), tree canopies, cleanouts,
<br />mailboxes, driveways, sidewalks, property pins, utility poles, site equipment, storage tanks
