permitting identification will be documented in an Environmental <br />Technical Memorandum. <br />iii. Archeological Submittal of THC Letter: CoxJMcLain will conduct <br />literature searches for sensitive cultural resources that could pose <br />constraints to the proposed project. The results of the literature search <br />and permitting identification will be summarized in the Environmental <br />Technical Memorandum and in a letter for coordination with the THC. <br />iv. Geotechnical Investigation: Raba-Kistner will perform two (2) 50 -foot <br />deep geotechnical borings located within Cheatham Street on each side <br />of the San Marcos River, and will install a piezometer in one of the bore <br />holes. In addition, Raba-Kistner will conduct appropriate laboratory <br />testing and summarize the field investigation results and <br />recommendations in a geotechnical report as appropriate. <br />b. Blanco River Crossing Waterline: <br />Topographic Survey: After an alignment for crossing the Blanco River <br />has been selected, SAM will perform the survey for the project area. The <br />survey will extend 50 feet on either side of the alignment. SAM will also <br />collect surface data for the bottom of the Blanco River. Design survey <br />will consist of trees 9 -inches and larger, surface features, property lines <br />and 1 -foot topographic lines. In addition, SAM will call One Call and <br />work with the City to identify all utilities within the project area. <br />ii. Environmental: CoxJMcLain will conduct literature searches for sensitive <br />natural resources that could pose constraints to the proposed project. <br />Potential sources of information include published reports, aerial <br />photographs, maps, and records at the Texas Natural Resources <br />Information Systems archives. The results of the literature search and <br />permitting identification will be documented in an Environmental <br />Technical Memorandum. <br />iii.
