i. TCEQ Storm Water Permit: Prepare a TCEQ Stormwater Pollution <br />Prevention Plan. <br />ii. TxDOT Permits: Prepare any required TxDOT permits for the Blanco River <br />Crossing Waterline. <br />iii. Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR): For the proposed <br />sidewalk along Cheatham Street, Altura Solutions, L.P. will perform the <br />project registration with TDLR, perform the plan review, and perform two <br />(2) inspections for compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards <br />(TAS). <br />d. Notifications: <br />i. Texas Historical Commission: CoxJMcLain will prepare a Texas <br />Antiquities Permit to be signed by the City and submit the permit to Texas <br />Historical Commission. After obtaining the permit a field survey will be <br />carried out and documented as required. It is anticipated that no additional <br />testing will be required. <br />4. Construction Plans: KFA shall prepare one set of construction plans for both the Cheatham <br />Waterline and Blanco River Crossing Waterline suitable for public bidding to include <br />notes, plan and profile sheets, sidewalk improvements, details, environmental protection, <br />traffic control, construction phasing, and work and storage locations. For the purposes of <br />this proposal, plan and profile sheets are assumed to be at 1"=40' horizontal and 1"=10' <br />vertical scale. The construction plans will be in accordance with City of San Marcos <br />CADD Standards and will contain the following: <br />a. Cover Sheet <br />b. Project Layouts <br />c. Notes <br />d. Quantities: Quantities will be indicated by sheet <br />e. Plan or Plan and Profile Sheets (Estimated Number of Sheets: 10) <br />f. Proposed Sidewalk Improvements (Estimated Number of Sheets: 7) <br />g. Traffic Control Plans <br />h. Details <br />5. Deliverables: <br />a. 60%: Four (4) hard copies of 60% deliverables and one (1) pdf electronic copy. <br />The submittal will contain the following: <br />i. Construction Plans <br />ii. Project Specific/Special Specifications <br />iii. Bid Form: Provide the Bid Form in Word Document format. <br />iv. Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost: A Class B estimate (� <br />10%) will be provided. <br />5 <br />
