<br /> 102 <br />Regular Meeting November 9, 1992 Page 3 <br />Kissler opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to <br />speak for or against the zoning amendment. No one did, so Ms. <br />Kissler closed the public hearing. On roll call the following vote <br />was recorded: <br />AYE: Moore, Hernandez, Hart, Guerra, Kissler, Plummer. <br />NAY: None. <br />ABSTAIN: Morris. <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration a public hearing and <br />adoption of a zoning Ordinance, the caption which was read as <br />follows: <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BY ZONING <br />BLOCK 3, LOTS 2 AND 3 AND BLOCK 6, LOT 3 OF THE BLANCO GARDENS <br />SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN <br />VOLUME 1, PAGE 1 OF THE HAYS COUNTY PLAT RECORDS, LOCATED AT <br />1303, 1304 AND 1305 BARBARA DRIVE, FROM "R-1" (SINGLE-FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT [LOW DENSITY]) AND "c" (COMMERCIAL DISTRICT) <br />TO "R-1" (SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT [LOW DENSITY]) AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Mayor Morris opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to <br />speak for or against the zoning amendment. No one did, so Mayor <br />Morris closed the public hearing. Mr. Plummer moved for adoption of <br />the Ordinance and Mr. Moore seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration a public hearing and <br />adoption of a Zoning ordinance, the caption which was read as <br />follows: ¡ <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BY ZONING <br />42.47 ACRES TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, LOCATED AT THE <br />1800-2000 BLOCKS OF AIRPORT DRIVE, FROM UNZONED TO "P" (PUBLIC <br />AND INSTITUTIONAL DISTRICT) AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Mayor Morris opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to <br />speak for or against the zoning amendment. No one did, so Mayor <br />Morris closed the public hearing. Mr. Guerra moved for adoption of <br />the Ordinance and Ms. Kissle~ seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration a public hearing and <br />adoption of a Zoning Ordinance, the caption which was read as <br />follows: <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BY ZONING <br />LOT 4 OUT OF THE LERNMOR SUBDIVISION III IN THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 3, PAGE 97 OF THE HAYS <br />COUNTY PLAT RECORDS, LOCATED AT 103 MOSSCLIFF DRIVE, FROM "c" <br />(COMMERCIAL DISTRICT) TO "MF-3" (MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT [HIGH <br />DENSITYI]) AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Mayor Morris opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to <br />speak for or against the zoning amendment. No one did, so Mayor <br />Morris closed the public hearing.
