3. The City shall review all information submitted by LAN and render in writing or otherwise provide <br />comments and decisions in a timely manner. <br />4. The City will obtain right -of -entry for all properties as necessary for LAN and its subconsultants to <br />complete the design phase of the project. <br />6. The City will obtain all temporary and permanent access, and temporary construction easements. <br />7. The City will pay for all permit and license fees. <br />8. The City will field and document all questions received during the Bid Phase and route technical <br />questions to LAN for review and input from the Design Engineer. <br />9. The City will distribute all Addenda. <br />10. The City will prepare and route all Change Orders. <br />I- <br />
