Mayor Morris moved to amend section 2 on Page 7 under the introductory paragraph - to read as follows, "All ~ots in Dixon Addition, section I: "Indigent burials. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $25.00 "Reserved lots next to relatives. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ $85.00" Mr. Hernandez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The council then voted unanimously for adoption of the Ordinance on third and final reading. .. ' Mayor Morris introduced for consideration reconsideration of two zoning Ordinances. The Council did not wish to reconsider these Ordinances. The captions of these Ordinances read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BY REZONING A 0.75 ACRE TRACT OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 822 ALABAMA STREET FROM "M" (SINGLE-FAMILY, DUPLEX AND NEIGHBO~OOD BUSINESS DISTRICT) TO "MR" (MOBILE HOME AND RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT); AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BY REZONING A 0.941 ACRE TRACT OF PROPERTY, LOCATED IN THE 400 BLOCK OF SESSOM DRIVE, FROM "R-l" (SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT [LOW DENSITY]) TO "LB" (LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT); AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of minutes of the Regular Meeting held February 13, 1995, adoption of two Ordinances on third and final reading and adoption of nine Resolutions by consensus. The Council removed Item 9.B.(2), adoption of Ordinance on third and final reading, and Items 9.C. (4), 9.C. (7), 9.C. (8) and 9.C. (9), adoption of Resolutions, to be considered separately. Mr. Hart moved for approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held February 13, 1995, for adoption of the remaining Ordinanqe on third and final reading, and for adoption of the remaining five Resolutions on consensus and Mr. Moore seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (Mr. Hernandez not present to vote on this item). The captions of the Ordinance and Resolutions read as follows: Adoption of Ordinance on third and final reading: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, AMENDING ARTICLE V, CODE OF ETHICS, OF CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION, OF THE SAN MARCOS CODE OF ORDINANCES, TO ELIMINATE DUPLICATIONS OF STATE LAWS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; REPEALING ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A PENALTY; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Adoption of Resolutions: I , A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. ONE TO THE AUCTIONEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND LONE STAR AUCTIONEERS, INC.; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR THE DEMOLITION OF FOUR STRUCTURES TO SAUCEDO'S CONSTRUCTION, SOUTHWEST CONSTRUCTOR'S, INC. AND J. J. STOKES COMPANY USA; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ~-
