Consider approval of Ordinance 2015-53, on the second of two readings, amending <br /> Chapter 66, Titled Solid Waste, of the City Code by adding new section 66.002 to <br /> create a Clean Community Fee to be collected from residents and commercial <br /> businesses in the City to enhance the beautification and cleanliness of the City; <br /> including procedural provisions; and establishing an effective date. <br /> 5. Consider approval of Resolution 2015-174R, approving a professional engineering <br /> services agreement between the City and Freese and Nichols, Inc. for the provision of <br /> professional services in connection with the Main Lift Station Force Main Replacement <br /> and Reclaimed Water Improvements project in the not-to-exceed amount of <br /> $447,568.00 contingent upon the engineer's provision of sufficient insurance in <br /> accordance with the attached agreement; authorizing the City Manager or his <br /> designee to execute this agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective <br /> date. <br /> A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, seconded by Mayor <br /> Pro-Tem Thomaides, to approve Resolution 2015-174R. The motion carried by <br /> the following vote: <br /> For: 6- Mayor Guerrero, Mayor Pro-Tern Thomaides,Council Member Prather, Deputy <br /> Mayor Pro Tern Prewitt, Council Member Derrick and Council Member Gregson <br /> Against: 0 <br /> Absent: 1 - Council Member Hughson <br /> 6. Consider approval of Resolution 2015-175R approving an amendment to a Lease of <br /> Airport Property at 1993 Airport Drive with Redbird Flight Simulations, Inc. for <br /> purposes of expanding the area of the leased premises; authorizing the City Manager <br /> to execute said amendment; and declaring an effective date. <br /> 7. Consider approval of Resolution 2015-176R, approving an annual agreement between <br /> the City and Techline, Inc. for the provision of Interim Inventory and Warehouse <br /> Management Services for the Public Services Department in the not-to-exceed annual <br /> amount of $90,000.00 contingent upon the contractor's provision of sufficient <br /> insurance in accordance with the attached agreement; authorizing the City Manager or <br /> his designee to execute this agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an <br /> effective date. <br /> A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, seconded by Council <br /> Member Gregson, to approve Resolution 2015-176R.
