City Council Meeting Minutes October 20, 2015 <br />carried by the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomaides, Council Member Thomason, <br />Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Scott, Mayor Pro -Tem Prather, Council Member Prewitt <br />and Council Member Hughson <br />Against: 0 <br />18. Consider approval of Resolution 2015-147R approving an agreement with Highpointe <br />Trace, L.L.C. that establishes terms and conditions under which Highpointe Trace, <br />L.L.C., its successors or assigns, shall dedicate land for and participate in the cost of <br />design and construction of a new fire station in connection with the Trace Public <br />Improvement District and Planned Development District; authorizing the City Manager <br />to execute said agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. <br />A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Scott, seconded by Mayor <br />Pro -Tem Prather, that Resolution 2015-147R be approved. The motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />For: 7- Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomaides, Council Member Thomason, <br />Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Scott, Mayor Pro -Tem Prather, Council Member Prewitt <br />and Council Member Hughson <br />Against: 0 <br />19. Consider approval of Resolution 2015-148R, approving a contribution in aid of <br />construction agreement with Amazon.com.KYDC LLC to provide for the City's financial <br />participation in the cost of extending three phase radial feed electric service to <br />Amazon's fulfillment center in San Marcos, Texas in the amount of $252,115; and <br />declaring an effective date. <br />A motion was made by Mayor Pro -Tem Prather, seconded by Council Member <br />Thomason, that Resolution 2015-148R be approved. The motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />For: 6 - Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomaides, Council Member Thomason, <br />Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Scott, Mayor Pro -Tem Prather and Council Member <br />Prewitt <br />Against: 0 <br />Absent: 1 - Council Member Hughson <br />20. Consider approval of Resolution 2015-140R approving revisions to the Minimum <br />Standards for Commercial Aeronautical Activities at the San Marcos Regional Airport; <br />and declaring an effective date. <br />A motion was made by Council Member Prewitt, seconded by Deputy Mayor <br />Pro Tem Scott, that Resolution 2015-140R be approved.
