1.2.3 Review the City's adopted Downtown Master Plan and discuss progress toward <br />implementation with City staff. <br />1.2.4 Discuss the City's use of the new International Parking Institute (IPI) Accredited Parking <br />Program ( "APO ") as a Program Model. <br />1.2.5 Develop a recommended Program scope for City review and approval. <br />1.3 TASK 3 - COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND STAKEHOLDER OUTREACH <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.3.1 Conduct community engagement meetings and develop a detailed community engagement <br />plan in consultation with City staff. The Consultant will provide multiple opportunities for <br />community engagement including public meetings, focus group meetings, community surveys, <br />etc. <br />1.3.2 Provide on -line engagement strategies. Based on consultation with City staff a variety of <br />on -line community engagement strategies will be developed. These will typically include use of <br />the City's website or community forum websites, Facebook, Twitter, etc. <br />1.3.3 Provide a community feed -back issues summary to the City for review. Based on the <br />feedback received from all the community engagement strategies, a report summarizing the <br />community feedback will be provided including direct community input as well as analysis and <br />summary graphics. <br />1.4 TASK 4 - PROGRAM ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE /STAFFING PLAN <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.4.1 Review possible organizational and operational methodology options with the City. <br />1.4.2 In coordination with the City, select a preferred organizational and operational option. <br />1.4.3 Develop a preliminary staffing plan for City review and approval. <br />1.4.4 Develop recommended position descriptions for City review and approval. <br />1.4.5 Develop a preliminary staffing budget for City review and approval. <br />1.5 TASK 5 - PAID ON- STREET PARKING PLAN <br />The Consultant will: <br />Kimley -Horn and Associates, Inc.
