<br />SECTION C <br />PIZICING METHODOLOGY <br />Contractor will perform all the services herein for a fixed fee of $XXXX in accordance with the <br />following cost structure: <br /> INITIAL EXPENSES TOTAL FIXED <br />EE&C - KEY TASKS COST (Note 1) COST <br />Estimate the 10-year achievable potential for <br />energy efficiency savings in LCRA's service <br />area <br />Estimate the budget required to realize this 10- <br />year achievable potential <br />Produce technical, program and engineering data <br />for EE&C programs <br />Estimate end-use customer participation <br />rates/levels by program <br />Estimate the expected energy efficiency savings <br />or shifts for each program. <br />Provide information on the type of retail rate <br />structures typically used <br /> <br />Define and analyze significant barriers that <br />wholesale electric customers face <br />Provide an analysis of infrastructure and <br />communication barriers currently impeding the <br />adoption of energy efficiency and conservation <br />measures <br />Provide a comparative analysis of the role of <br />small-scale, distributed and renewable energy <br />options <br />Provide recommendations on best practices and <br />processes that LCRA can adopt <br />Note 1: Expenses are charged on an actual flow through basis with no administration markup.
